EXO Edge is a growth-focused business services company serving the real estate and property management industry. The company provides specialized support across finance and accounting, legal, IT managed services, HR, and business support, helping property management businesses streamline operations and scale with confidence.
As EXO Edge continued to expand its service delivery and internal operations, it needed a more connected and scalable digital ecosystem to manage finance, hiring, employee lifecycle, payroll, expense management, and sales visibility across business units. According to the project documents, its landscape included multiple organizations, legacy systems such as Tally, QuickBooks Online, HubSpot exports, Excel/manual workflows, and fragmented HR processes.
EXO Edge was facing a combination of operational and system-level challenges:
A3CA designed a connected Zoho-based operating environment to support EXO Edge’s next phase of scale.
A3CA planned and structured Zoho Books implementation for 5 organizations, including company setup, chart of accounts, GST setup, e-invoicing readiness, bank integration, templates, user roles, approval workflows, branches, locations, cost centers, and opening balances. The scope also included migration of the last 3 financial years for each entity.
The migration plan covered:
To bring control and visibility into hiring, A3CA mapped a structured recruitment lifecycle in Zoho Recruit, including candidate sourcing, requisition-based hiring, interview workflows, feedback capture, offer tracking, duplicate candidate handling, and multi-job application capability. The design also allowed evaluation of either a Zoho Recruit career page or integration with EXO Edge’s existing website.
A3CA structured Zoho People as the central HR platform for onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, shift handling, confirmations, employee documents, and reporting. The documented scope included setup across organizational structure, employee master management, onboarding workflows, HR letters, policy-driven leave rules, attendance visibility, probation/confirmation workflows, and role-based access.
For payroll operations, the scope included Zoho Payroll setup for 2 organizations, salary structures, reimbursements, payroll approval workflows, historical payroll data from April 2025 onward, and statutory compliance covering PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS. It also included People-Payroll integration for employee master, attendance, leave, and overtime sync.
A3CA designed Zoho Expense in line with EXO Edge’s travel and expense policy requirements, including travel pre-approval workflows, policy enforcement, per diem and accommodation rules, approval hierarchies, advances, reimbursement cycles, and reporting controls.
To support basic CRM needs, the solution included Zoho Bigin for lead capture, sales pipeline setup, service catalog, follow-up reminders, Outlook email sync, role-based access, and standard reporting. Separate pipelines were planned for EXO and LDM business flows.
Based on the approved scope and BRD design, the transformation is intended to help EXO Edge achieve:
