Agkem is a growing business operating across multiple product categories, branches and warehouses. Before moving to Zoho, the company was using Fusion, a custom ERP system, for managing accounting, inventory and business operations.
As the business expanded, Agkem required a more scalable, cloud-based and integrated platform for accounting, GST compliance, inventory management, branch-wise reporting, sales tracking and management dashboards.
A3CA Global Private Limited implemented Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Analytics for Agkem to streamline finance, inventory and reporting operations under one connected ecosystem.
Agkem was using Genius ERP, but the business needed a more flexible and scalable cloud-based solution that could support multi-branch accounting, inventory visibility and customized reporting.

The implementation included multi-branch accounting, GST/TDS/TCS compliance setup, automated e-invoicing and e-way bills, multi-warehouse inventory management, inter-branch stock tracking, SKU automation, item-wise price history, sales target tracking and migration of 9,434 transactions into Zoho.

A key part of the project was migrating Agkem from Genius custom ERP to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
The migration included:
A3CA studied Agkem’s existing processes in Genius ERP, including accounting, inventory, branches, warehouses, sales reporting and MIS requirements.
Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory were configured for multi-branch accounting, tax compliance, inventory tracking and user access control.
Historical data, master data and transaction records were migrated from Genius ERP to Zoho.
Zoho Analytics dashboards were created for management reporting, sales tracking, inventory control and financial analysis.
The system was tested with the Agkem team, followed by user training, go-live and post-go-live support.
The implementation helped Agkem move from a custom ERP environment to a modern cloud-based Zoho ecosystem.
For companies using traditional ERP or custom ERP software, reporting often becomes dependent on manual exports, Excel working and delayed MIS preparation.
By moving from Genius ERP to Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Analytics, Agkem received a scalable cloud-based platform for accounting, inventory and business intelligence.
