A3CA reviewed Daxko’s HR policies, payroll process, employee master data, salary structure, statutory requirements, leave rules, attendance process and approval hierarchy.
Zoho People was configured for organization structure, departments, designations, employee profiles, reporting hierarchy, leave policies, attendance rules, shifts, weekly offs and holiday calendars.
Zoho Payroll was configured for payroll entity setup, employee payroll master, salary structures, pay components, PF, TDS, NPS, reimbursements, bonus components and payroll approval workflows.
Employee master data, organization structure, leave-related data, salary details, tax records, deduction records and current financial year payroll history were migrated into Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
Payroll test runs and validation were conducted to ensure accurate salary calculation, statutory treatment, reimbursement handling and payroll output.
After validation and approval, the system was moved to go-live with user hand-holding, query support and post-go-live assistance.
